Carr, II ("Candidate," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

a. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, software, and other materials ("Content"), is the property of the Candidate or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use only. Except as expressly authorized in writing by the Candidate, you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content. Failing to adhere to these terms of use may, if violated, be grounds for any legal recourse the Candidate, Candidate's Committee, or representative counsel deems appropriate for legal redress without notice expressed or otherwise given.
User Submissions
a. You may submit comments, feedback, or other content to the Website ("User Submissions"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Submissions, but you grant the Candidate a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Submissions in any media.
b. You represent and warrant that your User Submissions do not infringe any third party’s rights, are not unlawful, and do not contain any viruses or malicious code.

a. In no event shall the Candidate, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Website.
b. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the greater of (i) one hundred dollars (US $100) or (ii) the total amount of donations you have made through the Website in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Candidate and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website, your User Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Website, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
b. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
